He is the Chairman/CEO of the company. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), has a B.Sc Political Science from Nigeria’s premier university, University of Ibadan and M.Sc Banking and International Finance from the City University Business School, London.
He has about 40 years work experience covering diverse areas such as Finance, Management Consultancy, Accounting, Banking, and Oil & Gas.
He is an entreprenuer of high repute and integrity. In addition to heading the Swift Oil board, he is also a director in other local and Multi National Corporations (MNC)

Dapo Durosinmi-Etti
MSc, ACA – Executive Director
In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, Dapo holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Japanese from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
His experience covers International Audit & Business Advisory with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Bank of America Merrily Lynch, both leading institutions in the United Kingdom.

Kofoworola Durosinmi-Etti

Kofoworola has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Politics from the University of Sheffield and a Masters in Development & Planning from University College London, both in the United Kingdom. Kofoworola is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant.
She has strong leadership and managerial experience garnered through her experience working as a Finance Analyst with the United Kingdom office of the world leading computer organization, Cisco Systems and as a Business Planning and Analysis analyst (BP & A Analyst) with Citibank London, a global financial institution.

Mr. Stilian Mitakev
Group Managing Director
Stilian has over 30 years experience ranging from the airline industry, commodity trading to Oil & Gas. He is currently the Managing Director/CEO and oversees the Trading and Operations departments at Swift Oil.
He studied Mathematics and International Trade at the Higher Institute for Economics in Sofia, Bulgaria. His expertise in the Oil and Gas industry includes sourcing for products, vessels and effective depot operations.

Mr. Femi Oladunmoye
Managing Director
Oladunmoye Olufemi is a distinguished professional, currently holding the position of Managing Director at Chorus Energy Limited, an indigenous Marginal Field Operator in Nigeria. With a robust background in commercial management and a wealth of expertise in developing investment strategies, risk assessment, and project maturation, he has played a pivotal role in driving the success of the organization.
Mr. Olufemi earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Adekunle Ajasin University in 2004, followed by a Master’s degree in International Business Economics from Middlesex University. He further enriched his academic credentials with an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, he is a Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Credit Administration.
In his current capacity, Mr. Olufemi brings immense value to Chorus Energy by devising and implementing scalable strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring efficient budget utilization, managing complex projects, and fostering productive relationships with regulatory bodies.
Olufemi has garnered over 15years’ experience across fields and sectors.
Engr. Nojeem Adeyemi Onifade
Technical Adviser to the Board Chairman
Engr. Nojeem Adeyemi Onifade is a seasoned Engineer with over two decades of in-depth working experience in the oil and gas industry. His competencies cut across Engineering design, field operation, Construction, Project Management, Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Asset Management, and more.
He has participated and played a leading role in many EPC projects in the oil and gas industry, which include the Cawthorne channel Gas Gathering project (CCGP) of Shell Port Harcourt; Obigbo-Agbada Associated Gas Gathering Project (AGG) of Shell Port Harcourt, Major Integrity Project (MIPS) major offshore pipeline replacement project of ExxonMobil, Egbaoma flow station upgrade of Platform Petroleum Limited where the facility oil and gas processing capacity was double. He also managed the construction of a 60MMscfd Egboma Gas Plant belonging to Platform Petroleum Limited and many other projects.
Before joining Chorus Energy, he was the Project Manager at Platform Petroleum Limited, where he midwifed the Company’s first Gas processing plant and other projects. He was also a Senior Commissioning Engineer at Delta Afrik Engineering Limited and a Senior Maintenance Engineer at Dresser-Rand field services, Port-Harcourt.
He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering (1996) from the prestigious University of Port Harcourt, a PGD in Business Administration from the National Open University NOUN, and a Master’s in Project Management (MPM) from University of Lagos, Nigeria.
He is a COREN registered Engineer, a Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He is also a certified Project Management Professional PMP.
He joined Chorus Energy Limited in January 2013 as the Technical Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Geoffrey Onyenobode

Geoffrey is a motivated and dynamic geoscientist with over seven years’ experience. He has sound knowledge of geological and geophysical principles, proficiency in workstation-based 2D and 3D structural and stratigraphic seismic interpretation and Formation Evaluation, Static Reservoir Modelling and Characterization, Prospects Generation, Maturation/Appraisal, Field Development Planning, Reserve and Resources Evaluation and Audit.
Geoffrey has a B.Sc. degree in Geology and an M.Sc. degree in Petroleum Geology from Delta State University and University of Port Harcourt respectively.
Having joined the Oil and Gas industry as an intern, Geoffrey went on to become a trainee geoscientist, developed strong competence in Seismic interpretation and grew to the position of Team Lead.
He is a member Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorers [NAPE], Society of Exploration Geophysicists [SEG] and American Association of Petroleum Geologists [AAPG]
